Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities with beauty, personal care, and cosmetics brands. Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts. Create and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on revenue growth and market expansion. Lead customer conversations regarding packaging design, manufacturing capabilities, timelines, and commercialization plans. Partner with teams to coordinate design, engineering, sourcing, quoting, and production activities. Manage pricing strategy, negotiate commercial agreements, and maintain healthy profit margins. Represent company at customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, and manufacturing facilities. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity reporting. Provide leadership with visibility into bookings, revenue projections, and growth opportunities.

A successful Director of Sales & Business Development should have: 5+ years of successful packaging sales experience, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or personal care. Established relationships within beauty, cosmetics, or personal care brands strongly preferred. Demonstrated success developing new business and growing strategic accounts. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through commercialization. Strong understanding of primary packaging, injection molding, components. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and periodic visits to manufacturing facilities. Based in either NYC or LA- depending on customer relationships.
