Assistant Front Office ManagerA modern luxury oceanfront resort in Marathon with stunning views from every room, seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager dedicated to the PM Shift to support evening operations and act as a leader on duty during peak guest activity hours. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Front Desk Agents and guest services during the PM shift. Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and concierge-level service in the evenings. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Oversee night audit preparation and evening operations. Coach and support team members to maintain exceptional service standards. Collaborate with other departments for seamless handoffs and guest satisfaction. Monitor room status, billing, and security protocols during the shift. Requirements 2–4 years of front desk supervisory experience in hospitality (luxury resort preferred). Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with PMS and basic computer systems. Availability strictly for PM shifts (evenings/nights), including weekends and holidays. Ability to work independently as a leader on duty. Positive attitude and commitment to luxury guest experiences. Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada.
