Requirements WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE Cost Segregation Project Engineer Construct: Create detailed cost segregation reports, including preliminary research, reviewing files, and confirming engagement agreements. Site Visit: Conduct comprehensive site visits, documenting assets and common areas. Spreadsheet and Word Document Creation: Input building assets into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and generate comprehensive reports. Review Process: Collaborate with management staff to ensure the accuracy of reports and communicate effectively with clients. Attend Meetings: Participate in regular staff meetings, technical sessions, and training opportunities. Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with sales teams and clients, addressing any issues promptly. Problem Solving: Tackle unique project challenges and ensure a high level of accuracy and detail in your work. Data Gathering: Collect data about client properties, perform on-site reviews, and execute multi-step assessment processes.

YOU POSSESS THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of a four-year engineering or technical degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to read and understand architectural and engineering construction plans and specifications. Willingness and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
