West Isle Urgent Care in Galveston, TX is looking for one receptionist to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 2027 61st Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Must have open availability including nights and weekends as we are open 7 days a week 8am-10pm .

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Assist doctors, medical staff, and patients
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks
- Insurance verification
- Prepare medical files
- Maintain and keep patient information confidential
- Multitasking skills
Qualifications
- Front Office experience preferred
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills
- Open availability. Nights and Weekends included.
