Responsible for providing clerical support for the Flight Training & Standards Management Staff. What You'll Do Interact professionally in a service‑culture environment while assisting with training administrative and personnel matters. Answer phones, general questions and assist with walk‑in traffic. Assist Fleet Training Managers with new Check Airman onboard tasking. Track/manage/schedule new Check Airman training qualifications. Schedule daily administrative tasks for departmental personnel. Assist Fleet Training Managers with special projects. Prepare Performance Review documentation for pilot trainees. Track Check Airman sick, vacation, per diem expenses. Maintain working knowledge to provide support using Excel, SharePoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalency. Preferred Qualifications Prior employment as Admin within Flight, Flight Operations, Flight Training or Safety. Skills, Licenses & Certifications Minimum typing skill of 25 WPM. Skilled in Microsoft Office software and applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams). Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable. Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable. Successful candidate must be comfortable and adaptable to changes in a health and safety COVID world; mask may be mandatory, guidelines for social distancing, sanitization, health screenings, and PPE must be followed.
