Our client, a community-focused organization dedicated to promoting aquatic activities and wellness in Marinette, Wisconsin, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Director to lead their team. As an Executive Director, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations, overseeing aquatic programming, supervising staff, engaging with the community, and ensuring the safety of the facility. Pay Range: $33000 - $35000

Shift: Flexible Hours

What's the Job?

• Lead daily operations of the community pool, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

• Develop and oversee aquatic programming that promotes health, fitness, and community engagement

• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management

• Engage with community members and organizations to foster partnerships and promote programs

• Maintain facility safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

• Proven leadership experience in managing community facilities or similar environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse community groups

• Ability to oversee operations, staff, and programming effectively

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance related to aquatic facilities
