You will coach and mentor teams to enhance their agile capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of a dynamic market. Your role will involve actively engaging with teams to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $133,000 - $199,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
