Remote collaboration with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers—will be conducted through integrated digital tools designed for seamless communication and case management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments for new clients to gain insights into their mental health symptoms, daily functioning, and overall well-being.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic activities adapted to fit into clients’ daily lives, thereby promoting sustainable mental health practices.

• Provide continuous support through our digital platform, which includes real-time feedback, psychoeducation, and adjustments to treatment programs as necessary.

• Monitor progress using engagement data and clinical assessments, ensuring that care plans evolve to meet the changing needs of clients.

• Encourage and celebrate client achievements and work collaboratively to resolve barriers that may impede their progress.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in record-keeping and compliance.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals during case reviews and team meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW), coupled with an active and unrestricted social work license in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
