Shift Group is the industry leading sales recruitment platform for former athletes and veterans. We enable high character professionals to shift into sales by leveraging their skill sets and connecting them with companies looking to minimize new hire risk. Today, we focus on former athletes and Veterans shifting into sales. We recruit, coach, support, and direct them through the entire hiring process. Our placements tend to focus on high growth startups.
