As TAMIU's inaugural CHRO, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help define the position itself and shape the future direction of Human Resources. The CHRO will advise executive leadership on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness; lead enterprise-wide workforce planning; strengthen recruitment, retention, compensation, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning; and help position TAMIU as an employer of choice.
