About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product to take the lead in redefining and unifying its product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the go-forward product strategy, making critical decisions on product unification, investment, and retirement. This hands-on leadership role demands a leader who is as comfortable with prototyping and building as they are with setting strategic direction. The SVP/VP of Product will be instrumental in transforming a fragmented product surface into a cohesive platform, installing a modern discovery and delivery model, and building a product organization that is agile and AI-native. Collaboration with engineering is key, and the role requires a leader who can balance the demands of customer and commercial value with the technical aspects of product development. Applicants for the SVP/VP of Product position at the company should have a proven track record in senior product leadership, with a focus on fast, focused product development. The role requires a leader with a strong background in product, design, UX, and frontend, and a deep understanding of how to leverage AI in the product development process. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer instinct, be adept at clear and direct communication, and have the ability to challenge assumptions and make data-driven decisions. Experience in vehicle, mobility, logistics, dispatch, or marketplace software, as well as a background in payments or embedded finance, is a plus.
