About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Global Sales Enablement to lead a transformative initiative in the sales enablement space. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in enhancing the sales enablement function and managing large-scale transformational moves to ensure the right sales skill set and knowledge are in place. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing annual business unit and geography enablement plans, leading new-hire onboarding, and defining the future vision for enriched seller learning. Key tasks include sales and channel activation, design and development of innovative learning methods, and overseeing the planning and delivery of sales enablement solutions. The role demands a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate leadership or management consulting, a proven track record in global roles, and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders across multiple geographies. Candidates for the VP, Global Sales Enablement position at the company should possess an advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a strong background in managing large, complex programs. The role requires a leader with advanced organizational, strategic management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to drive the strategic goals of the organization to successful completion. Experience in management consulting is an advantage, and the candidate should have a strong understanding of the company's policies and processes. The role is focused on elevating role-specific, outcome-based enablement, and accelerating the transformation of the sales force. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in sales productivity, be adept at building seller confidence, and have a strong business acumen with technical knowledge in sales operations management.
