Production Admin Assistant

Primary Responsibilities Provide production and administration support to MIRATECH's Houston facility. Provides administrative and production support for the Houston facility. Assist in the creation of production paperwork and production traveler. Handle material transactions for job orders in our EPP system. Scanning and filing of completed production paperwork and pictures. Help with inventory counts when needed. Turning over daily production schedule. Other duties as Reports to: Houston Plant Manager Cooperates with: All Departments Qualifications High school Detail orientated with excellent oral and written skills. Experience working as a production assistant is preferred. Experience with the use of ERP; Syspro experience desired. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
