About the Role

As an Outside Salesperson, you'll serve as the primary relationship manager for customers within your assigned territory. You'll work with existing accounts while developing new business opportunities to increase sales, introduce new products, improve merchandising, and help customers succeed.

Most of your time will be spent visiting customers, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and working closely with grocery managers, store owners, and purchasing teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify and open new customer accounts within your territory
• Visit customers regularly to build strong long-term relationships
• Introduce new products, promotions, and merchandising programs
• Monitor product placement, shelf space, pricing, and inventory levels
• Identify opportunities to expand product distribution and increase sales
• Prepare and submit customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with customer service, purchasing, accounting, and warehouse teams to ensure exceptional customer service
• Follow up on orders, account questions, and collections when needed
• Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and company-sponsored events

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in grocery, foodservice, wholesale distribution, retail management, merchandising, or customer service is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued (Tagalog, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, or other languages)
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic business software
• Authorized to work in the United States
