As an Access Control Security Professional at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.03 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-control logs in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, assigned buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or potential hazards. Support a controlled work environment by following site requirements for restricted areas, visitor escorts, vehicle entry, and delivery access. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
