HR Generalist I

3LS Solutions | Supporting the Omni Family of Services Goodlettsville, TN | Hybrid (minimum 2 days in office) | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt)

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist I who brings genuine care to employee relations and wants to help build thriving, people-centered workplaces. You'll support our Omni Family of Services network and have a real, visible impact through collaboration, innovation, and care.

What You'll Do

• Build positive relationships with employees and provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
• Support the Director of Human Resources with day-to-day HR operations and projects
• Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions on benefits, leave, policies, and compliance
• Manage HRIS data for new hires and employee changes
• Assist with leave administration, FMLA tracking, and maintaining employee records
• Contribute to the Omni mission of safety, healing, and empowerment by modeling our E.S.T.E.E.M. values: Embracing Diversity, Safety, Trustworthiness, Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment, and Mindful Collaboration

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in HR or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HRIS systems
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and a genuine desire to keep growing and learning
