Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $136,822 $179,379 annually (based on experience)
• Additional Incentives: Up to $10,000 annual QVIP bonus, relocation bonus of up to $10,000

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive overnight trauma and acute care surgery services
• Conduct patient assessments, order diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
• Manage inpatient trauma and emergency surgical patients
• Assist trauma surgeons with procedures and patient management
• Document all patient care activities in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and safety standards
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and medical staff bylaws
• Support ongoing education and mentorship initiatives

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active ANCC certification, DEA license, BLS certification, Board Certification in Nurse Practitioners
  • Minimum 2 years trauma or surgical experience (or completion of a surgical fellowship)
  • Colorado RN Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain one
• Preferred:
  • Experience working in high-acuity trauma settings
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with teams
