Required Skills & Qualifications\n•\tBachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field.\n•\t10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.\n•\tExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.\n•\tExperience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing cross-functional teams in such iterative development delivery models.\n•\tAbility to prioritize, strategize, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.\n•\tStrong background in the culture of innovation and value adds.

Job Description
• \tLead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.\n•\tCollaborate with internal and external (client) stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.\n•\tDrive best practices in tech (software development, DevOps) and process (agile methodologies).\n•\tConduct code reviews, technical mentorship and performance evaluation for engineers.\n•\tFoster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.\n•\tWork closely with HR and senior leadership to attract and retain top talent.\n•\tManage project Plans, risks, budgets, and technical challenges.
