Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This onsite opportunity offers a rewarding chance to support student communication needs in a dynamic educational environment, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, active North Carolina SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Comfortable working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Must be available for onsite work; remote options are not available for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized interventions for students identified with communication needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and consultation with staff and families
• Support a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Provide direct therapy and track measurable outcomes
• Collaborate on strategies to foster student success within the classroom
