Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Dive into a full-time, onsite position running from August 13, 2026 through May 28, 2027, where you’ll have the opportunity to impact young learners’ communication skills and help shape their educational success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Comfort working with elementary and middle school-aged students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with educators, families, and support staff
• Commitment to maintaining accurate records and upholding confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students onsite during regular school hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm; 37.5 hours per week)
• Evaluate students to determine the need for ongoing speech-language services and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and participate in meetings
• Document student progress, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and complete all required reporting
• Provide guidance and strategies to school staff and families to reinforce communication development throughout the school day
