AR Staff Accountant

Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant with a strong AR background to join their accounting team in Clearwater, FL. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to grow with a company in an active growth phase. What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle accounts receivable; billing, collections, and cash applications Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on billing questions and overdue accounts Prepare AR reporting and supporting documentation Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances Assist with journal entries and general accounting support Support inventory-related accounting tasks Partner cross-functionally with accounting, sales, and operations teams What We're Looking For: 2-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong FULL CYCLE AR background - billing, collections and cash applications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience with ERP/accounting systems Manufacturing or distribution industry background a plus Inventory accounting exposure a plus What's Offered: PTO 401K with company match Opportunity to grow with a scaling organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor White
