About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People & Culture to join their team. This is a pivotal role in a scaling business, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. A key part of the role is to foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and employee engagement, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies. The Head of People & Culture will also lead initiatives to enhance organizational development, performance management, and will work closely with leadership on workforce planning and development needs. Applicants for the Head of People & Culture position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' of HR experience, with a strong background in HR strategy development and execution. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is essential. The role requires a deep knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance, as well as strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing talent acquisition and employee development programs, and experience with benefits administration. A commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace is also a key requirement for this role.
