Frontier Passenger Service Supervisor

Primary Accountabilities and Duties Ensure accuracy of all weight and balance requirements. Promptly handle all Passenger service complaints with a focus on positive resolution. Responsible for staff scheduling, leadership development and employee accountability. Complete all check‑in documentation and procedures. Direct and supervise a team of ramp agents on daily operations. Read and interpret load sheets and load/unload aircraft per customer instructions. Secure and keep track of all guest vehicle keys. Ensure timely dispatching of Valet Attendants to park and retrieve vehicles. Monitor wait times to meet service standards and respond to customer inquiries. Oversee shuttle operations, monitor route performance and ensure driver compliance. Drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles. Perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stretching as required. Translate enterprise‑wide aircraft parking optimization, real‑time ramp capacity management, and strategic demand planning across the global network. Operate within the Network Operations Center (NOC) for aircraft parking optimization.
