Plant Manager – Overview As the Plant Manager, you will lead the overall performance and continued growth of our Tipton manufacturing facility, overseeing a team of approximately 90 employees. This is a stable, high‑performing plant entering a scaling phase, where your focus will be to build on a strong safety foundation while increasing production capacity, improving quality, and driving operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in advancing plant performance by being highly visible on the shop floor, engaging a diverse workforce, and driving accountability through strong leadership, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement practices. Success in this role means delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, and throughput while sustaining a culture of engagement and accountability.
