You are Defined Fitness.The Accounting Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the accounting department and providing support for data entry, filing, and essential financial duties. You are expected to deliver high-quality support and maintain operational excellence by demonstrating the following qualities:Detail-oriented and accurateProblem solver with strong organizational skillsHighly trustworthy with confidential informationEssential Functions & ResponsibilitiesPerforms accounts payable transactions into accounting software systemPrepare and post General Journal entriesOpen and distribute mail to appropriate C.O.R.E.
