Customer Support Specialist
21st Century Dental Laboratory is seeking two full-time Customer Support Specialists to join our growing team.
If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls from dental offices in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide updates on case status, due dates, and shipping information.
Schedule and coordinate case pickups.
Answer general questions from doctors and office staff.
Route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with our production, shipping, digital, and accounts receivable teams to provide accurate information.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive, professional, and patient attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Customer service experience required; dental or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
