To ensure a safe workplace, we enforce a drug-free environment and require certain vaccinations.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary duties will include:Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.Delivering tailored therapeutic interventions and exercises aimed at enhancing patient mobility and reducing pain.Offering consultative support to fellow healthcare professionals regarding patients' mobility queries and continuing care.Maintaining accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.Leading educational sessions for patients and their families to foster understanding of their health conditions and treatment plans.Supervising physical therapist assistants and other support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.Engaging with community outreach programs to promote rehabilitation services and educate the public about orthopedic health.Regularly reassessing patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.Patient Population / Client FocusThis role centers on working with a diverse clientele, primarily including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions.
