Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. The Opportunity As part of the Merger and Acquisition Tax team you are going to provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager you are going to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. Additionally, you are going to be responsible for leveraging team strengths, managing performance to deliver on client expectations, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery. - Encourage continuous improvement and professional development What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity What Sets You Apart - Juris Doctorate preferred
- Broad knowledge in partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions
- Proficiency in partnership taxation and qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in U.S. federal income tax law related to partnerships

- Experience in defining resource requirements and project workflow

Up to 20% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
