Description – What You'll Do

• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and properly prepare samples for analysis when required.
• Meticulously document all operational processes, play a key role in training new personnel or interns, and actively contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with a focus on ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of employment.
• Maintaining current certification throughout your career with us.
