You will help oversee projects across multiple job sites and lead crews through a variety of tasks, including plumbing, flooring, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting work. You may also provide hands-on guidance and training to apprentices and other team members as needed.The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates professionally, and is committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a positive and productive job site.QualificationsStrong leadership skills4+ years of general construction experience in a lead or supervisory roleExperience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and paintingStrong customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilityValid driver's license and clean driving recordDo you take pride in your work?
