Real Estate Showing Agent - High Commission Split, Training Provided

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to develop their skills by working directly with clients, showing properties, and learning the home-buying process.

As a Showing Agent, you’ll meet with buyers, tour homes, learn how to understand what clients are looking for, answer questions, follow up after showings, and help move potential buyers through the next steps of their home search.

You’ll have access to training, mentorship, and proven systems to help you become more confident working with clients and develop the skills needed to grow your real estate business.

A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you produce, and both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys being out in the field, communicates well, is dependable and coachable, and wants practical experience working with real estate clients.

Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

High commission split. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and mentorship provided.

$97,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their home-buying decisions.
• Communicate effectively with buyers to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring property showings accordingly.
• Provide timely follow-ups after showings to address any questions and facilitate the next steps in the buying process.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving client satisfaction and closing rates.
• Utilize company-provided training and mentorship to enhance your skills and grow your real estate expertise.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client availability, ensuring a seamless and responsive service experience.
• Leverage proven systems to streamline the showing process, maximizing efficiency and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license or near completion of the licensing process.
• Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively and tailor property showings to meet client needs.
• Proven track record of managing a flexible schedule to accommodate client availability.
• Comfortable using technology and systems to streamline the showing process.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Eagerness to learn and grow through company-provided training and mentorship programs.
