Bilingual Sales Associate / Product Specialist

As a Bilingual Sales Associate / Product Specialist at a Rohrman dealership, you'll be the face of our brandguiding customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse customer base and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming mannerboth in-person and digitally.
• Guide customers through the full vehicle selection process, demonstrating features, options, and values across our inventory.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicles in a way that aligns with each customer's needs and lifestyle.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with the finance and management teams to structure and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Positive, customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsyou are comfortable building relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a desire to grow your earnings.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets the company's insurance requirements.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Prior automotive, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredwe'll train the right person!
