Now Hiring: Solderer Assembler 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What You'll Do Perform hand soldering and electronic assembly of components and products Read blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions Operate production equipment and hand tools safely Inspect assemblies for quality and workmanship defects Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For 6 months to 1 year of recent soldering experience Electronic assembly experience required Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings Experience with through-hole and surface mount soldering Strong attention to detail and quality standards Team-oriented with strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications IPC-610 knowledge or soldering certification Experience with surface mount components Manufacturing or production environment experience Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
