EHS Coordinator

Environment Health & Safety Coordinator

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator supports and enhances workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental initiatives within a growing manufacturing, and operations environment. In this role, you partner closely with site leadership and employees to promote a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support workplace health and safety programs and initiatives.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain compliance records.
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action planning.
• Monitor EHS metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with site leadership to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience with training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant safety certifications preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockwall, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
