Project Manager

Our client is an international family office and an active investor of Core/Core+ in the United States. Properties are located throughout several major markets in the United States, including Miami, San Francisco, New York, and Chicago. The firm has acquired >$2B of US assets recently consisting primarily of office, hotel, and multifamily. As a Project Manager, you will support the execution of construction projects from initiation through completion, working closely with senior team members to help achieve project goals. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and organized project environment, and will assist in coordinating stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. Due to growth, our client is creating a new role for an experienced CapEX/TI Project Manager in Miami, FL. This person will focus on two local Core+ commercial office assets. Ideal Candidate: 3+ years in project management and/or construction management Experience with capital improvement projects, tenant improvement projects, budgets, bid documents, estimating, repairs and maintenance Knowledge of technical codes and practical applications BS Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction or similar) Under the Senior Director of Operation's and Senior General Manager's direction, supervise and direct contractors and monitor performance Commercial office tenant fit-out experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
