Whether you’re interested in part-time or full-time hours, you’ll have the flexibility to craft your week (2–5 days), making it easy to fit your professional goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Comfort with travel between multiple pre-school locations within the assigned areas
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Dedication to providing personalized support, assessments, and intervention plans for preschoolers

Your Role:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings, evaluations, and therapy for preschool age students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educational teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff to foster student success
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Adapt therapy and service delivery in different educational settings as part of your itinerant route
