Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule:
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Rotating shifts available (4 x 8s or 3 x 12s)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 32.00

Requirements:
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- At least two years of recent acute care RN experience in an operating room
- Previous experience in PACU preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Function as a Scrub Technician when needed.
- Coordinate and delegate patient care effectively.
- Maintain patient privacy and adhere to infection control guidelines.
- Administer and chart medications according to hospital policies.
- Participate in education and development of new staff members.
