Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing flexibility and the ability to work in a comfortable home setting. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals in a virtual environment, ensuring all members work towards shared goals to provide top-notch support to our clients, primarily in a detox center setting. Given our focus on children’s services, your work will predominantly involve a younger demographic in need of early intervention programs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and social, emotional, and communication skills that require support.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that align with the unique needs of each child and family.
\n
• Actively monitor and evaluate progress, providing feedback and adjustments to the IFSP while collaborating with team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Offer support to families, equipping them with skills and information necessary to enhance their child’s developmental trajectory.
\n
• Establish rapport with children and their families, nurturing positive relationships to foster a healthy learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices within the coaching model, implementing methods that respect each child’s learning style and family dynamics.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for clients and staff alike.

• Document progress, strategies, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and effective communication among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on children from birth to three years old who may exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. This role necessitates a compassionate approach, helping families navigate the complexities of early childhood development and providing them with essential tools and resources tailored to their specific situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health; LCSW designation is required.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate community-based resource access.

• Minimum of one year of experience in an early intervention environment or working directly with young children.

Compensation and Benefits\n
