Work Environment\n

This fully remote position allows for flexibility while working within a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children and their needs in a virtual setting, integrating findings into actionable care plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each family's unique priorities are addressed.
\n
• Monitor the progress and outcomes of children within our programs, utilizing metrics and benchmarks to drive improvements and instill best practices.
\n
• Provide vital emotional and educational support to families, empowering them with strategies and resources focused on enhancing their child's developmental trajectory.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and coaching models to deliver tailored interventions in a natural learning environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standards for safety and quality of care in each interaction and intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged birth to three years who are experiencing delays in their development. You will work closely with families to create nurturing environments that foster growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. This age group requires a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and adaptability, as you will meet children and families from diverse backgrounds and varying circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensing as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Possession of a valid driver's license in compliance with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
