This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while providing vital support to children and families in our detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and their families.

• Engaging actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions while being an integral team member.

• Providing comprehensive support to families to enhance their child's development, using appropriate evidence-based strategies.

• Building rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a nurturing and encouraging environment.

• Implementing child-focused strategies within the context of the Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Guiding families through the complexities of early intervention resources and support services.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations concerning health and safety standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with children who face developmental delays and disabilities during their critical formative years. You will help these young individuals, ranging from infants to toddlers, in learning essential skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your support will be crucial in helping families navigate the early intervention process effectively.

Qualifications\n

The successful applicant will meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current LCSW license, valid within the state of Oregon, as mandated by the Department of Public Health.

• Possession of a valid driver's license to facilitate potential travel needs.

• A strong commitment to adapting intervention strategies to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of children and their families.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention is required, preference will be given to candidates who exhibit:
