Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children and families enrolled in our programs, identifying unique strengths and challenges.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to align with family goals and child development.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a collaborative team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

• Provide essential support and educational resources to families, empowering them to enhance their child’s development through coaching and evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a coaching model within natural learning environments to foster development in real-life contexts.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, prioritizing the health and safety of staff and clients.

• Facilitate the development of rapport with children, families, and colleagues, creating a nurturing and trusting atmosphere conducive to growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays, a critical period for skill development in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. By engaging directly with these vulnerable young clients and their families, you will be instrumental in enhancing their developmental journey, helping them reach significant milestones during their formative years.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
