Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and gather critical information to inform treatment plans.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique needs of children and their families.
\n
• Monitor and assess the outcomes of intervention programs, collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
\n
• Provide direct support and guidance to families, ensuring they have the skills and information necessary to foster their child's development.

• Adhere to Federal and State regulations while implementing best practices in early intervention.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model during interactions that emphasize natural learning environments and effective teaching methodologies.

• Build and maintain strong rapport with children, families, and team members to promote a healthy, engaging atmosphere for learning and growth.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving infants and toddlers with developmental challenges. Through comprehensive assessments and ongoing support, you will help these children learn essential physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills that are critical for their early years. Your role can significantly enhance the family's capacity to support their child's development, ensuring that they thrive and reach their full potential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n
