Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available support systems to inform treatment decisions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their goals and available resources, as well as defining clear intervention strategies.

• Work in partnership with educational staff, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure a coordinated and seamless approach to care for each student.

• Provide crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of students, with appropriate safety planning and follow-up support.

• Maintain clear, timely records and documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all information is handled with confidentiality and respect.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to empower clients with strategies for coping and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution with a specialized focus on clinical practice.
