Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement behavioral health services to support recovery.

• Utilize your knowledge of current trends in local, state, and federal behavioral healthcare programs to inform best practices and enhance client outcomes.

• Remain an active member of a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Facilitate client intakes and promptly evaluate cases to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
