This role is primarily remote, which allows flexibility while still being connected to a supportive team. Our work setting offers a healthy work-life balance, with set core hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. This structure allows our LCSWs to manage their caseloads effectively without the burden of evening or weekend work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary primary care team, engaging with various health professionals to coordinate and implement effective treatment strategies.

• Facilitate referrals for clients requiring inpatient or specialized care and screen for substance use disorders, ensuring comprehensive support.
