Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into students' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of students.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow social workers, psychiatrists, and school staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
