Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health concerns, strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and interventions to track client progress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

• Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when necessary, including risk assessment and comprehensive safety planning.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of all client information.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to enhance clients' coping skills and promote community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to students and their families, addressing challenges that impact their social, emotional, and academic well-being. This role involves working with a diverse client base, including children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, and life transitions, ultimately striving to empower them for success both inside and outside of the classroom.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
