As a member of our supportive team, you will have the autonomy typically found in private practice while benefitting from the collaborative nature of our clinic. Working hours are standard from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting consistency and routine in your practice.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services, including individual, couples, or family therapy, through scheduled sessions.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and develop customized treatment plans to address each client's unique needs and concerns.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with medical professionals, case managers, and community partners to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Manage an active caseload that aligns with your availability and areas of specialization, ensuring timely follow-ups and service continuity.

• Possession of an active LCSW license in Arizona—Note: LMSW licenses are not eligible for this position.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably within an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated strong ethical standards and good clinical judgment in practice.
\n

• Competence with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms, with training available as needed.

Compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a flexible employment structure, allowing the choice between W2 and 1099 options. Key benefits include:
