This position is remote, allowing our Social Workers the flexibility to manage their schedules while working with clients in the outpatient detox setting. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients.

• Formulating detailed treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances.

• Providing psychotherapy through various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), depending on the client’s needs and treatment objectives.

• Maintaining meticulous, compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Engaging in regular multi-disciplinary team meetings to collaborate on effective care strategies and enhance treatment outcomes for our patients.

• Delivering educational sessions and support to clients and their families around mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Staying abreast of advancements in mental health care to ensure the integration of the latest research-based practices into service delivery.

• Managing a full caseload effectively while adhering to NASW ethical standards and reporting treatment progress as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
