This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere in New York. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that operates out of a community health clinic setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for young children as part of Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) processes.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of IFSPs, collaborating closely with families and team members.

• Monitor the progress of children in early intervention programs and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices when working with children and families.
\n
• Develop rapport with children, families, and team members, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
\n
• Provide families with educational resources, skills, and emotional support tailored to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations as well as organizational standards to maintain service quality.

• Implement the IFSP for enrolled families, recommending the frequency of services based on child development milestones and family priorities.

• Utilize a coaching approach in the family’s natural environment to maximize learning opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will engage with children from birth to three years old, providing essential emotional support and interventions that align with their developmental needs. Your role will involve working closely with their families to ensure they feel empowered and equipped to support their child’s growth effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
